Team 2 did an excellent job last night finish ToC 10. They took down the Twins and Anub all in one shot!!!!(first clear for Team 2)
- After they did Ony their first time, and got him down in about 3 wipes (while they had a fail elemental shaman who isn't even fully geared for regular 5 mans helping)I really liked the communication in vent from Team 2 last night, also, the healers really stepped it up this week and Jarle and Babbitt worked very well together!.
- We need everybody to keep recruiting! By next week I would love to see Team 2 not have any guild alts in the run with them!
- It looks like we will need a few pugs for tonight, if anybody has any good players they know, contact them early and let myself or any other officers know so we can check their gear scores early (so we can start right at 9).
- I'm looking forward to our run tonight, please review the fights and again, great job last night Team 2, I'll get your Ony screenshot up soon!
I also want to thank Moji (Levitian, Verified, Lessqq) for all he's been doing with Raid Teams. He has been on a very demanding raid schedule, filling in on his alts on Team 2 every week. Thanks a lot for all your work Moji!
Code Of Honor :
1. Guild chat :
1. Guildchat is a wonderful tool, we use it to greet eachother, tell jokes, talk about anything you wish to share with all of us. Anything you would say out loud in a group of Real Life friends(even the insults), you can say in guildchat.
2. Guildchat is NOT for spamming people. Any sentence that appears more than once in the same chatscreen ( comon, it's only 6 lines of text) counts as spam. This applies to trading, LFG, anything.
3. Use the information from the guild chart in your 'Online' tab. Don't ask for warriors to help you when no warriors are online (at least, don't spam it). Don't ask someone to help out if every player is in an instance at that time.
4. Remember that guild chat is a public conversation. Don't ask who is in for ubrs if you only need one guildie from one specific class, just send them a /tell in that case.
5. NO PREDATORY BEHAVIOR. Never forget that the big toon may be a little girl or boy whose mother bought them a Christmas present. We cannot tell who is 8 yrs old and managed to build themselves a DK. Don't talk to anyone too raunchy (unless you are private and it is a friend you know is your own age!) Game Masters will review chat records if parents complain of misconduct. Do NOT believe you can behave stupid and not lose your account ... Blizzard takes the online predator rules SERIOUSLY.
2. Act like a gentleman. We have a damn fine reputation on the server for being friendly, easy-going people that wish to have a nice gaming experience above all else. We do not make fun of another person's ignorance, we cure it. That said, if you find yourself in a PUG group compiled of total morons that ignore your teachings, feel free to express your feelings and HS back home. A friendly player always finds a new group of buddy's to give it another try.
3. Be Helpful. If you help where you can, You get help when you need it. That warrior you helped with a level 60 armor quest, will be more than happy to help you through scholo to try and get you that ultra rare drop you need there.
4. Raiding :
1. bring your materials (candles, arrows, arc powder, ankhs......)
2. don't arrive pvp enabled (if the invites just started, you can of course wait it out while the rest are arriving, but don't enter that AB when the raid is half full)
3. Be ready and willing to die....a lot
4. If you will need to leave the raid at a certain time, it's nice for the rest of us to know that. There are two hours we might be spending time to find the perfect replacement for you, but if you don't tell us, you are ruining 19 people's chance of success against the next boss.
5. Only one person leads the raid through encounters. Tactics are given by ONE person. This one person might ask for advice, but will decide on the final strategy himself, or assign someone to lead the group through that encounter.
6. In guild raids, looting will be done in a Master Looter system. The Masterlooter and the online officers/elders decide who gets what item. They will do this based on merit, attendance, and the size of the upgrade. Masterlooter and officers commit themselves to do this in a fair and objective way.
5. HAVE FUN!!!
Today marks the release of the Aion Visions Trailer showing us a bunch of content from the future coming expansion... Check it out. Unfortunately, I can't here at work but the comments sound terrific.
