After a careful and thought-out discussion with Shancii and Miely, we have decided that we are going to be giving out bonuses to the people that are consistently showing up to our raids. As of last week, we started to hand out DKP. This is not a score to see who gets loot. This, rather, is a point-system that will get you rewards once you keep getting more and more of them. You will receive one point for showing up and helping run a raid. You will receive another point for actually managing to help complete the raid. Once you get a certain amount of points, you will be rewarded.
At the moment we are still working out the possible rewards. However, the following have been discussed and are being thought over: Guild Ranks, Gold from the Guild Bank. Not a huge variety of options, but we are trying. Your comments and thoughts are always appreciated.
As for the new Raiding setup! Seeing as we now have a sister Guild that is raiding with us, we are going to have all of the raids here on the website. Do not check your calendars to see if you are invited to a Guild raid! Open up the website and find out if we have anything going on. This site is getting to be more and more important, so make sure to browse up on it very often!

Okay, this isn't the best video ever created but I'm still learning! Some of the dances were a little difficult to record because they seemed to be looping at some of the more boring parts so I had to record such dances a bit longer to get something interesting. The music just seemed to work with the dancing and was a little amusing, haha. Maybe we can record a guild video some time!
Hopefully this will post correctly. Last I checked, it was still processing and hadn't showed up on my page yet so we'll see!
I know you are waiting, but you need to hold on for a few more days. There are alot of things happening atm.
