Requirements and Expectations

Attendance: We need people who can show up almost every raid night on time and not just on Tuesdays

Skill: We need people who can play their class extremely well while being able to be aware of their surroundings and not just tunnel vision a DPS rat.

Intelligence: We DO NOT need players who constantly die to the same AOE that the boss has done for the last 10 attempts, we need people who can react and listen so as to not make the same mistake twice( even if it was someone else's mistake)

Obedience: If we tell you to heal the MT, are you gonna heal the DPS? If we tell you to shut up in vent, are you gonna keep talking, or start crying? If so, please don't apply.

Ventrillo: We use vent and we need people who can listen and also have a MIC and can use it.

Thick Skin: We have people who are elitist, and people who just like to make fun of people, if you cannot take criticism, bad language, or insults then please, do not apply.

Consumables/Income: We do not provide any items food potions or spirit healing. We pay for our own shit and expect you to do the same.

IMPORTANT: Check the website, post on the website be sociable, learn about your guildies were a family a team, we want to be successful just as much as you so please help like we would help you.

Raid Times:

Still deciding when our Raids are going to be plz be patient.

Rules:
1. Log on for raid times. If u miss Invites You probably won’t get in unless a officer is notified.
2. Come Prepared.
3. If one of our officers is talking in vent be quiet. What we have to say is usually more important than what u have to say.
4. If Loot drops and it does not pertain to you DO NOT ROLL. You confuse the master looter.
5. If you are not leading the raid do not interfere with the invites we don’t want ur friends if there is still guildes that need invites.
6. In the event of a wipe don’t wait for a rez were not here for u we are here as a guild a team we die together we run together.
7. Learn your class. Do your job. Be helpful not harmful.
8. We are here to raid and if the roles are followed and everything is executed correctly the raid runs smoother faster and we will all get geared faster.
